Upon placing your order, please note that we cannot alter/ cancel your order after 24 hours so if there are issues please let us know within the allotted timeframe of 24 hours.

If you’re not happy with the product you purchased from us and you would like a refund, please return the unused item(s) to our warehouse within 15 days of receipt. Once we confirmed we received your item(s) in unused and brand new condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

If you need a replacement because the item(s) you received are defective, please send us a picture of the damaged item(s) with your order number and once we confirm your issue, we will process your replacement(s) within 7 business days.
